A primeira preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser a clareza: explicar a solu\u00e7\u00e3o em linguagem simples, mostrar o problema operacional e ligar os dois sem rodeios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A tecnologia pode ser complexa. A explica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o tem de ser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fale a linguagem da defesa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o que j\u00e1 funciona no mercado civil n\u00e3o entra automaticamente no contexto da defesa. \u00c9 preciso fazer a tradu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O desafio n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas dizer que a tecnologia existe. \u00c9 explicar por que raz\u00e3o ela pode fazer diferen\u00e7a num cen\u00e1rio onde as condi\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o mais exigentes, os riscos s\u00e3o maiores e a ado\u00e7\u00e3o depende de confian\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tecnologia n\u00e3o chega<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um elevado n\u00edvel de maturidade tecnol\u00f3gica ajuda, mas n\u00e3o substitui uma estrat\u00e9gia clara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A candidatura deve mostrar o potencial da solu\u00e7\u00e3o, mas tamb\u00e9m a vis\u00e3o da empresa, o modelo de neg\u00f3cio, o caminho de ado\u00e7\u00e3o e a capacidade da equipa para executar. A forma como a empresa conta a sua hist\u00f3ria, define prioridades e toma decis\u00f5es pode ter um peso decisivo na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No fundo, o j\u00fari n\u00e3o olha apenas para o produto. Olha para a empresa que est\u00e1 por tr\u00e1s dele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mostre o que ainda precisa de maturar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma boa candidatura n\u00e3o deve fingir que est\u00e1 tudo resolvido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pelo contr\u00e1rio, deve mostrar maturidade para reconhecer o que ainda falta testar, validar ou adaptar. O programa existe precisamente para apoiar esse processo, atrav\u00e9s de mentoria, acesso a centros de teste e contacto com necessidades operacionais reais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ser ambicioso \u00e9 importante. N\u00e3o \u00e9 a raz\u00e3o principal da candidatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Demonstre compromisso real<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O programa exige disponibilidade, foco e envolvimento direto da equipa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante a sess\u00e3o, ficou claro que a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diana.nato.int\/\">NATO DIANA<\/a> deve ser encarada como um trabalho a tempo inteiro, n\u00e3o como uma atividade paralela.
